The Wasa Motor oil pressure fix is the solution for those who think they have tried everything.

A very common issue with the TFSI 2.0 EA113 engines is the oil pressure warning with no explanation. Could be when going from high revs to low or on startup. In some cases even completely sporadic. This is often caused by the poor designed oil pressure regulating system within the oil pump module.

Our fix can be used to get rid of the issue as well as preventing it to occur in the first place.

Installation is fairly simple for those who are handy enough to get the oil pan off.

Camshaft adjuster

Camshaft adjuster for thel TFSI 2.0 EA113. This part is known to fail and cause various issues regarding timing and even the oil pressure can be affected.

Timing chain set

This chain is located at the back of the cylinder head, connecting the two camshafts. The upper chain track of the tensioner is under high load and tends to break. This is caused by the angle created due to a stretched chain.

Failure of the chain tesioner will in many cases cause the fault code: P000A/000010 – Camshaft A (Bank 1 Intake): Positioner Slow Response.

This bolt is a stretch type bolt and should therefore only be used once. It fits all models with the TFSI 2.0 EA113 Engine.

Camshaft adjuster bolt

This bolt is a weak point in the EA113 engines. Due to very little material left around its waist it is prone to break right off. Therefore it is important never to reuse it once the camshast adjuster has been removed.
Fits all EA113 models.

These seals are manufactured from a very unique material which is prone to break upon installation or removal of Camshaft adjuster. If one or more of the rings are damaged, this will lead to timing related issues. The seals are OEM VAG.
