A very common issue with the TFSI 2.0 EA113 engines is the oil pressure warning with no explanation. Could be when going from high revs to low or on startup. In some cases even completely sporadic. This is often caused by the poor designed oil pressure regulating system within the oil pump module.

Our fix can be used to get rid of the issue as well as preventing it to occur in the first place.

Installation is fairly simple for those who are handy enough to get the oil pan off.

This bolt is a stretch type bolt and should therefore only be used once. It fits all models with the TFSI 2.0 EA113 Engine.

Our sprocket is of a new solid design type and unlike the. prone to fail OEM item, it has no integrated dampener. The design and manufacturing is done by ourselves right here in Sweden, guaranteeing the highest quality.

This variation is used when balance shaft sprocket has failed and the chain needs replacing. Because of the open type chain with a lock is used, the repair can be carried out by only disassembly of the oil pan. No need to remove the whole cam belt drive.

Please be aware that this type of chain can only be used together with the Wasa Motor Freewheel solution. This is due  to excessive force, adding to much stress on the chain, when used with balance shafts engaged.

A very common issue with the TFSI 2.0 EA113 engines is the low oil pressure warning. Due to a design flaw in the oil pump module, micro particles in the oil can cause partial or total loss of oil pressure. Our solution prevents and fixes this particular fault and will not wear out, ensureing enough lubrication throughout the engine at all engine speeds.

Symptoms:

The symptoms can vary from a complete loss of oil pressure, to the warning light flashing when decelerating. In some cases the fault only presents itself an a particular range of RPM.

This variation is mainly used as a preventive procedure, before your oil pump and balance shaft assembly fails.
