Excellent product. Easy to install. For those wondering if deleting the balance shafts will result in a vibration, I can tell you that is not detectable using the human sensory systems. This product saved me a lot of money.

Worth replacing if you plan on taking the oil pan off. Very easy installation. Noticable difference in performance and engine sounds quieter when paired with the oil pressure fix regulating valve.
